Hey everyone! I want to be an online content creator, making videos and such, and I've been thinking... Is it okay to use these retro games' music in a video, or lawyers will jump on me right away the second I upload a video? Most of the companies don't exist anymore, and I've seen people using retro video game music in their videos without a problem - I just don't want to risk it. So if anybody knows, or have any kind of experience with this, please tell me!

You're normally fine unless it's music from a big record label, e.g. I wouldn't use anything from a Need for Speed game. I'd also avoid anything fairly recent that is still sold as well (i.e. sold on Steam as a soundtrack DLC).
